ADDITIONAL INFO

-
Have you already turned on the unit and found it not to be working properly? - The Heater tune-up is not the service for this situation - please cancel the Heater TUNE-UP service and request a SERVICE request with your home warranty to avoid paying a tune-up fee AND a service fee for actual service to repair system.
-
Ladders / Access to Heater units - Let dispatcher know if your outdoor or indoor unit needs a ladder to be accessed ** Most trucks do not have ladders - this needs to be requested if required in your situation *** Outdoor units must be on ground OR reachable by 6 foot ladder OR reached thru window, door, or hatch.
-
If a covered item is found to be malfunctioning - a new service request must be placed pursuant to the home service plan in order for the customer to receive covered services. Note that a trade service call fee will be required, in addition to the $75 fee paid for the tune-up service, for such home service plan service request

Do I have a furnace or a boiler?
Furnaces blow warm air thru vents in the floor, wall, or ceiling.
Boilers heat water and push it thru baseboards or radiators.
IF YOU HAVE BASEBOARDS OR RADIATORS FOR HEAT - YOU HAVE A BOILER, AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE FALL HEATER TUNEUP THRU AHS
IF YOU STILL WOULD LIKE YOUR SYSTEM MAINTENANCED - JG SERVICES OFFERS THIS SERVICE FOR GAS BOILERS AT $129.00. YOU WOULD NEED TO CANCEL (AND GET REFUNDED) FOR THE AHS HEATER TUNEUP AND PAY OUR TECH DIRECTLY FOR THE BOILER TUNE-UP.
You Do not have to fill out the contact form below(that's just on every page)--you can respond to the text message with whatever days you are available.. thanks!
